Ontological Coaching is a discipline based on ontology, the branch of philosophy that studies being and existence.
This discipline offers a different way of interpreting human beings, their relationships, behaviors, and how they achieve the goals they set for themselves, their organizations, and society.
Ontological Coaching is entirely focused on preventing people from being hindered in opening new paths for themselves.
The Ontological Coach focuses on the present and moves toward the future, aiming to help clients discover their strengths and skills so they can use them effectively.
Solutions emerge naturally from the client or coachee. The role of a coach is to nurture the client’s spontaneous reflection through specific questions, observations, and feedback. They help the client connect with themselves, tap into their internal resources, open up to new perspectives, grasp key aspects of a problem, and stimulate a process of recognizing their own values, qualities, and strengths.

Typically, 2 sessions are held per month, and the process lasts around 8-10 sessions, each lasting 60 minutes. Sessions can take place in Arenys de Mar (BCN) or via ZOOM or WHATSAPP.
