Self-Esteem course for companies
The Self-Esteem Course is designed for companies looking to reduce employee absenteeism, improve the work environment, enhance their company image, and increase productivity.
If your employees grow, your company grows too. If you take care of your employees, they will take care of your customers.
Self-esteem is important because it is the image you have of yourself and your own worth. Self-esteem is the first step in believing in yourself. If your employees don’t believe in themselves, your customers won’t believe in them either. If they don’t see their greatness, others won’t see it either.
Course objectives
The course can be taken individually or in groups, and thanks to this course, managers and employees will increase their self-esteem and learn to:
- Better manage their emotional states with practical exercises to control anxiety and stress.

- We will discover the state of our self-esteem with the self-esteem test by Tatiana Borgstrom.
Session 2
- Strategies to improve self-esteem.
- Awareness.
- Living consciously.
- Mindfulness and concentration exercises.
Session 3
- Self-knowledge and uniqueness.
- Skills and potential (strengths and weaknesses).
- Modeling: The very foundation of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). Modeling the strategies, thoughts, and behaviors of “successful” people to achieve results in personal and professional life.
Session 4
- Transforming limiting beliefs into empowering ones and positive thinking.
Session 5
- Managing values.
- Values test: What are our values and how do they affect our lives?
- Do we have value conflicts?
- Are our values aligned with our goals?
- Are we integral? How to be integral.
Session 6
- Assertive communication.
- Assertive rights.
Session 7
- Accept, Love, and Forgive Yourself (and others).
- Self-confidence and trust in others. Practical exercises.
Session 8
- Managing emotional states.
- Breathing exercises to calm yourself.
- Practical exercise to manage emotions.
- NLP exercise to enter the optimal emotional state for the task at hand.
Session 9
- Living with purpose.
- Learning to define a goal and using tools to achieve it: GROW and SMART.

- Time Management and decision making.

The self-esteem course lasts 10 bi-weekly sessions, each 90 minutes long, and can be taken in individual or group format with a minimum of 5 people. Additionally, you can choose the method and location: via Zoom, directly at the company, or at other pre-established spaces. Individual or group sessions available.
