Annual price growth in the area ranges between 8.3% and 14.9%, confirming a sustained upward trend even in a globally complex context.

While other European markets show signs of cooling, the Costa del Sol remains a secure investment haven, especially in the luxury property segment. In the first quarter of 2025 alone, 34.75% of property purchases in Málaga were made by foreign buyers, and in the Golden Triangle, that figure exceeds 90% (El Economista).

What’s more, Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport broke its historical record with 12.39 million passengers in the first half of 2025 (+7.8% year-on-year). Hotel occupancy has not increased proportionally, suggesting that many visitors already own a property in the area or are actively in the process of buying.
